The surface of both games are made up of images and / or events of Americans that have impacted Black American in a significant way.
A roll of the dice dictates which question the roller will be quizzed on.
Forty 3 X 5 inch game cards of people/events which have been carefully selected to give a broad historic account of Black life in America. Each card is weighted with a number. The higher the number dictates the least known individual/event and their impact on Black history. An example would be a high number assigned to Dred Scott than of President Obama. On the front of each card are up to four multiple choice questions with at least one or more correct answers. Based on the complexity of the individual all four of the answers may be correct. Also there is bio/note information and maybe a graphic of the individual or the time period. Also supplied is a cd or a book with in depth historical information about the most significant of the individuals listed in order of historic time periods. There are two versions of the game.
